Extra Pears Jam

Prepared with pear is pulp and peel, it has a delicate aroma, refined flavor, is creamy and soft with small pieces of pear, which make it unique and pleasant to the taste.

Suggestions for use:

To be combined with preferably seasoned or spicy cheeses, but also with fresh and blue cheeses. Also good accompanied with cold cuts, mixed boiled meats and fish carpaccio.

Pulp and peel of pears, sugar and lemon juice.

Conservation methods:

To be stored in a cool and dry place away from sources of light and heat. Once the container is opened, keep refrigerated as it is free of preservatives.
