Cedar and Hemp decorticated Marmalade

Prepared with cedar pulp, pitted by hand, cutting the peel into thin strips by adding hemp seeds variety sativa' free of hallucinogenic effects. It has an intense and persistent aroma, pleasant taste, it is spreadable with the presence of pieces of candied peel and a fine pearling of pieces of hemp, which give a unique flavor and very pleasant aroma on the palate.

Suggestions of use:

Ideal for breakfast, it can be used to garnish fresh fruit, used for the preparation of cakes and pies, combined with different fresh spreadable and semi-seasoned cheeses.

Used by chefs to enhance the flavor of raw seafood, shrimp and shrimp. Used to season grilled tuna and swordfish, it is an excellent garnish for smoked fish.
