Suggestions of use:
Ideal for breakfast, it can be used to garnish fresh fruit, used for the preparation of cakes and pies, combined with various fresh spreadable and semi-dry cheese.
Used by chefs to enhance the flavor of raw seafood, prawns and mazzancolle. Used to season grilled tuna and swordfish, it is an excellent garnish for smoked fish.

Conservation:
To be stored in a cool and dry place away from sources of light and heat. Once the container is opened, keep it refrigerated and store quickly as it is free of preservatives.
